ServiceMax is a field service management (FSM) platform founded in 2007 and headquartered in Pleasanton, CA. It serves approximately 500+ enterprise clients customers across commercial-hvac, medical-equipment, multi-trade and other field service industries.
The platform covers the core workflow of a field service business: scheduling and dispatching technicians, sending quotes and invoices, tracking jobs from the office and the field, and managing customer relationships.
