What Is ServiceMax?

ServiceMax is a field service management (FSM) platform founded in 2007 and headquartered in Pleasanton, CA. It serves approximately 500+ enterprise clients customers across commercial-hvac, medical-equipment, multi-trade and other field service industries.

The platform covers the core workflow of a field service business: scheduling and dispatching technicians, sending quotes and invoices, tracking jobs from the office and the field, and managing customer relationships. Now owned by Salesforce (acquired 2022). Lower content priority for FSG overall since our core SMB/mid-market audience won’t buy this, but it rounds out enterprise comparison coverage. Cover in
